Half Letter ಟ್ (ṭa halant)

Adding the virama (್) below ಟ creates the half letter ಟ್ — it silences the inherent 'a' and allows this consonant to join the next one directly.

The halant form ಟ್ appears in conjunct consonants and cluster words.
