The ANCC FNP-BC uses a scaled scoring system. The minimum passing score is 350 on a scale of 100–500. Scores are based on your performance across all five content domains, each weighted differently. The ANCC does not report a simple percentage — you must reach the scaled score of 350 or above to pass. The current first-time pass rate is approximately 85–88%. Candidates who use structured MCQ practice with rationale review consistently outperform those who rely only on textbook review.
