Rounding to Nearest 10 or 100 (Topic 3) in Module 4 – Math-3 (BG)

Students learn to round numbers by looking at the digit to the right of the place they're rounding to. If it's 5 or more, round up; if it's less than 5, round down. For example, 47 rounds to 50 (nearest 10) and 47 rounds to 0 (nearest 100). This skill is essential for estimation and mental math.
